    Sir can you please explain fat loss with bmr in one of your videos about metabolism you say for fat loss you subtract 500 calories from your BMR and that’s your caloric intake for the day and in one of your other video named important tip for fat loss you said you multiply your bmr by 1.3 I don’t understand you are saying two different thing I watch aamir khan video on diet tip on Bollywood hungama and he say to only subtract 500 calories from your BMR and do cardio so can you please explain what is the right way I trust u but I don’t understand I think aamir sir is right but I’m not sure can u plz explain and reply thanks very big fan since 4 years plz reply
